Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. Customers in the European Union keep all rights under Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@walkora-footwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. We will reply within 48 business hours with your return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Pack the shoes in their original box, inside a protective shipping box, and send them using a tracked shipping service.

Return conditions

  • Shoes must be unworn outdoors, clean and free of marks or damage — you are welcome to try them on indoors on a clean surface.
  • Original box, tags and any accessories must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges for a different size

Need another size? Contact us at info@walkora-footwear.com. Once we receive your original pair in returnable condition, we will send the new size (subject to availability) or refund you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the full order is returned or if the return is due to our error.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email info@walkora-footwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors, washed or damaged by the customer
  • Socks and insoles that have been opened, for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
