Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and most other countries worldwide. Orders are sent from our partner fulfillment centers directly to your address.

Shipping costs, if any, are always shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping offers are shown on the website and at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
What if my package is late?
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the destination, carrier volume and customs checks. If your package has not arrived after the estimated time:
- Check the latest status using your tracking link
- Check for a delivery notice or a pickup point near you
- Email info@walkora-footwear.com with your order number — we will check with the carrier and help you
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us right away at info@walkora-footwear.com. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to change it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs duties and taxes
For most destinations, prices include all charges and no extra fees are expected on delivery. In rare cases, local customs may apply import duties or taxes according to local law; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
