1. Seller

walkora-footwear.com ("Walkora Footwear") is operated by NAOMI SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, 1109 Oak Park Dr, STE 100, Fort Collins, CO 80525, United States. Email: info@walkora-footwear.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made on walkora-footwear.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you live in the EU or UK, nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

3. Products

We describe our products and show photos as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Our shoes are comfort footwear and are not medical devices; if you have a medical condition, please follow the advice of your doctor or podiatrist.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is approved; you will receive a confirmation email. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

6. Promotions

Promotions such as "Buy 1, Get 2 Free" apply only to the products and periods shown on the website. The discount is applied automatically in the cart or at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will email you and refund it in full within 5 business days.

8. Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, including 1–3 business days of processing. Every order includes tracking. See our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Customers in the EU and UK benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Normal wear and tear and damage from misuse are not covered.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images and the Walkora Footwear name and logo, belongs to NAOMI SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at info@walkora-footwear.com — we will do our best to solve it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place your order applies.
